Kingston District Volleyball Council (KDVC) is an association of Volleyball Canada (VC) referees via the Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA)'s Region 6 - Eastern Ontario. We are committed to the growth and development of referees for the sport of volleyball and provide opportunities for the certification, mentorship and promotion of officials to facilitate the delivery of volleyball in the Kingston and surrounding area.

WHO WE SERVE

While we ref primarily in Kingston and the surrounding area, officials may be assigned anywhere across the province or country depending on their level and their active participation.
